For students who are returning to DoDDS
1. If your DEROS has changed, please bring a copy of your orders/extension approval, otherwise there is no reason to bring your orders since we already have them on file.
2. Up-to-date shot records
3. Emergency Contact information

For students who are new to DoDDS
1. Copy of orders and extensions, if applicable
2. Up-to-date shot records.
3. Social Security Number for students
4. Emergency Contact information
5. Student's records or address/telephone number of former school, if applicable
During the summer months when school is not in session, please call for an appointment to register new students.  Registration hours are between  0900-1200, and 1300-1500.     Due to the high number of summer registrations, walk-ins are highly discouraged.  Our goal is to provide  QUALITY  service to all our visitors.

During the school year registration is available in the Registrar's Office between the hours of 1000 and 1400.  Please call for an appointment if you're unable to register during the allotted times.

The sponsor or spouse may complete the required paperwork.

DoDDS-E Online Pre-Registration is available to parents new to DoDDS and will serve as a mechanism to reduce the time to register students. Once parents have keyed in the registration data, important forms can be generated, including Form 600, Form 600a, Immunization, Health History, Student Records Request, Special Education and Internet Permission.

Hepatitus "B" immunization should be up-to-date. We also need to know if your child has had chickenpox.
